Al Shifa College of Nursing Alumni Association Conducts CPR Awareness Campaign
Perinthalmanna: The Al Shifa College of Nursing Alumni Association organized a CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Awareness Campaign to educate the public on life-saving emergency response techniques. The initiative aimed to spread awareness about the importance of providing immediate CPR to individuals experiencing sudden cardiac arrest and other medical emergencies.
As part of the campaign, trained nursing professionals and alumni volunteers conducted live demonstrations using CPR training manikins, allowing participants to learn and practice the correct techniques for chest compressions and basic life support. The program emphasized that timely intervention before professional medical help arrives can significantly improve survival rates.
